Pricing

Pricing is based on the square footage of your home. These prices are a rough estimate. I will meet with you before you hire me and give you a free in-home consultation. Based on work to be done, the price may change.

If I can easily come in and complete my 40 Point Checklist, the cleaning should take between 3 and 4 hours. If the session will last longer than your estimated time, I will call you to see if you want me to stay that day, or come back another time to finish. Additional cost will be added for the additional hours of work.

Some homes will require 2-3 initial deep cleanings before I am able to complete the full checklist in a shorter period of time. I will discuss this with you. I am not your typical maid service. I am here to give you a CLEAN and COMFORTABLE home. I do not simply “wipe everything down and head out.” I will take my time and give you the quality you expect for your money. I clean your home as if it were my own and take pride in my work. I want you to be completely satisfied.

40 Point Checklist

This is the list of typical services I specialize in. I will bring the checklist with me and make sure it is completed before I leave your home. Most general cleaning will take between 2 and 3 hours depending on your house size. Rates vary based on the square footage of your home. If additional time is needed to complete the checklist, I will call and verify the additional hours and rates with you before completing the list or your special requests.

Kitchen: sink scoured and wiped counter tops and back splash cleaned Cabinet fronts wiped with damp cloth Floors mopped or vacuumed Front of large appliances cleaned (oven, fridge, etc. Interiors are special rates- ask for more information) Small appliances wiped clean Windowsills cleaned (if applicable) Baseboards dusted and/or wiped clean Load dishwasher (I do not do dishes) Trash emptied
Bathrooms: Sink cleaned and disinfected Tub and/or shower cleaned and disinfected Shower doors cleaned (if applicable) Handles and knobs shined and cleaned Toilets disinfected inside and out including base Counter tops cleaned, wiped down Mirror cleaned Windowsill wiped down (if applicable) Trash emptied Baseboards dusted and/or wiped clean Floors mopped or vacuumed
